Job summary

CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services) in New York seeks a Quality Improvement/Business Intelligence Analyst to manage QI processes for preventive services and other programs. You will analyze data from dashboards and surveys, collaborate with leadership on improvement plans, and support external partnerships including ACS and OCFS.

Responsibilities include conducting program reviews, maintaining review schedules, and enhancing data tools (Power BI and Fabric) for aggregation and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, BI, Data Analytics or related field with QI experience.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement methods.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Power BI and Fabric Platform.
• Familiar with administrative databases for data analysis.
• Background in NYC child welfare programs and policies.
• Familiarity with PROMIS and CONNECTIONS systems of record.
• Strong analytic, written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates with agency and external staff.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing QI processes for preventive services and other CMCS programs.
• Plan and facilitate monthly QI committee meetings and analyze data from dashboards and surveys.
• Collaborate with program leadership to create internal improvement plans with external partners.
• Participate in external meetings and workgroups related to accountability and quality.
• Design and administer annual stakeholder surveys and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee case review processes across programs, analyze results, and share trends with leadership.
• Maintain review schedules and develop review tools compatible with Power BI.
• Develop and maintain BI systems, including data transformations, dashboards and reports.
• Assist in implementing the Microsoft Fabric platform.
