Job summary

S:US is seeking a Quality Improvement Associate to join our Support Services team. You will help protect the organization and the people we serve by enhancing quality standards, conducting site visits, and supporting regulatory compliance across programs.

You will participate in internal audits, develop corrective action plans, train staff, and monitor controls. Frequent cross-department collaboration and travel across boroughs are expected to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare or non-profit.
• Willingness to travel extensively across all boroughs.
• Flexible schedule to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Audit site visits to assess regulatory compliance and identify improvements.
• Lead internal audits and document findings for senior management.
• Develop and implement corrective actions when deficiencies are identified.
• Provide training on quality improvement processes and compliance requirements.
• Monitor internal controls and assist with policy development.
