Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is seeking a Quality Improvement/Business Intelligence Analyst to lead QI processes for preventive services and foster care programs in New York. You will analyze program data, facilitate committees, and collaborate with leadership to implement improvement plans with external partners.

The role includes designing surveys, managing reviews, and supporting BI systems, including Power BI and the Microsoft Fabric platform.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 1 year of QI experience.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement methods.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Power BI and Fabric.
• Familiar with administrative databases in data analysis.
• Background in NYC child welfare programs and policies.
• Familiarity with PROMIS, CONNECTIONS, NYS/NYC systems of record.
• Strong analytic, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates with agency and external staff.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Plan and facilitate monthly QI committee meetings.
• Identify program strengths and challenges via data and reports.
• Create and implement internal improvement plans with leadership.
• Attend external meetings/workgroups including COFCCA.
• Design and administer yearly surveys and provide insights.
• Manage case review processes across programs; highlight trends.
• Maintain review schedules and create tools compatible with Power BI.
• Develop data export/import processes and dashboards.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft Fabric platform.
• Maintain user accounts in various systems; support onboarding.
• Support COA alignment and accreditation readiness.
