Job summary

Jewish Child and Family Services in Northbrook, IL, seeks a Quality Improvement Associate to drive CQI efforts through data analysis, reporting, and evaluation. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration, and attention to detail, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

This hybrid position requires two to three days on-site at the Elaine Kersten Children’s Center in Northbrook and occasional days at other JCFS locations; strong Excel/Word skills and experience with Power BI or SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
• Strong organization, meeting facilitation, professional written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with data collection, data visualization, and data management principles, and familiarity with statistical software.
• Must have at least intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience working with report writing tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Survey Monkey preferred.
• This position requires all work to be completed in Illinois with occasional site visits to locations other than Northbrook, IL.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor effectiveness of CQI program committees and improvement plans.
• Participate in CQI team efforts to extract data from client databases and review models.
• Aggregate and analyze data and write detailed reports for CQI committees.
• Conduct program specification with agency programs and services with leadership support.
• Actively participate in CQI committees and promote CQI principles.
• Support CQI activities including surveys, grant reporting, and program evaluation.
• Model reports from data in multiple client information systems related to CQI and development processes.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, test outcomes, and propose next steps.
• Provide training on outcome measurement tools and evaluation processes.
• Represent JCFS positively to internal and external contacts.
