Job summary

Bell is seeking a Front Line Leader in Fort Worth, TX to guide daily quality activities for a union workforce within a production environment. You will drive performance, safety, and cost management while overseeing quality of work and employee relations.

The role requires leadership experience in aerospace or manufacturing, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization and lead process improvements. Overtime and rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of directly related quality leadership experience in aerospace/automotive/manufacturing industries preferred.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce highly desired.
• Quality audit experience and AS9100 knowledge preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for productivity and quality objectives for the team.
• Ensure compliance with the local union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, and Quality to drive improvements.
• Develop, support, and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
