Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a 4x10 shift. Proficiency with common MS Office tools and familiarity with manufacturing systems is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience directing daily manufacturing activities in an area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports.
• Create and implement procedures and standard work, process improvements.
• Navigate a matrix work environment with multiple functions.
• Ensure compliance with tool calibration, tool control, and training.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilities to submit/complete work orders.
• Discipline employees when necessary.
• Use metrics-driven accountability (TAKT, earned hours, efficiency, schedule).
