Bell is seeking a Front Line Leader in Fort Worth, TX to guide daily quality activities for a union workforce within a production environment. You will drive performance, safety, and cost management while overseeing quality of work and employee relations.
The role requires leadership experience in aerospace or manufacturing, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization and lead process improvements. Overtime and rotating shifts are required.

We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.
This role is located on site at Bell’s Rotors Service Center facility in Fort Worth, TX.
This role is for first shift and works a 9/80 schedule. Must be able to accommodate working multiple shifts as needed by the business. Will have mandatory OT weekend work shift (on a rotational basis).
The Front-Line Leader (Quality Supervisor) will be responsible for leading the daily quality activities for union-covered employees to support a production environment.
Will also be responsible for driving performance, safety, quality of work, managing cost, and managing employee relations.
Directly responsible for the productivity of the team and assigned quality objectives. Evaluate business impact regarding metrics, activity reports, delivery schedules, manpower, etc.
Able to manage in accordance with the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Ability to achieve objectives in a matrix work environment and work effectively with multiple functions (such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Engineering, Programs, etc.).
Ability to develop, support, and implement process improvements.
Effective interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organization skills.
High School Diploma/GED is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred
A minimum of five years’ directly related Quality experience in a leadership or management role in aerospace /automotive/manufacturing industries is preferred. (We will also consider leaders or managers from aerospace/automotive manufacturing industries with a quality mindset not just requiring direct quality experience).
Able to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed by the business.
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce is strongly desired.
Quality Audit experience and AS9100 knowledge preferred.
Experience and/or training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.

This candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
