Job summary

Partner Company seeks an Associate Director of Quality Engineering for Home Solutions to lead quality across multiple products and agile teams in a senior capacity. You will drive automation adoption, testing practices, and release readiness while partnering with Product, Engineering and Platform teams.

You will oversee defect management, metrics-driven execution, and the modernization of quality through reusable frameworks and AI-assisted testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering, quality engineering, testing, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading quality engineering or delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to improve quality through automation, processes, and metrics.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering execution across a portfolio of applications and agile teams.
• Coach and develop quality leaders, engineers, and SDETs.
• Define and enforce quality standards and governance.
• Direct test planning across functional, integration, and end-to-end activities.
• Embed quality into planning, design, and release processes.
• Oversee defect management, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead release readiness and validation before production.
• Expand automation coverage and CI/CD integrations.
• Coordinate performance, resiliency, security validation, and non-functional testing.
