Job summary

Frontline Insurance seeks a Director of Quality Engineering to lead enterprise QA strategy, governance, and automation across platforms and digital channels. You will champion shift-left practices, drive modernization, and scale automation in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Business leaders.

You will mentor global QE teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure quality at scale while aligning with regulatory requirements and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
• 10+ years leading Quality Engineering teams on large enterprise transformation.
• Hands-on with modern testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite and across P&C insurance.
• Proven ability to drive modernization of testing frameworks and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Business, Product, and Technology leaders on QE practices.
• Define and govern the enterprise Quality Engineering strategy and standards.
• Lead shift-left, DevOps integration, and automation-driven quality.
• Scale automation coverage across functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish enterprise quality governance, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Oversee global QE teams, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
