You will partner with Product, Engineering and Platform teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle and raise release confidence while improving speed and stability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software/quality engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership guiding delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead quality engineering execution for a defined set of applications or teams.
Coach and develop quality engineers and SDETs with accountability for performance.
Drive quality planning, automation, and release readiness.
Embed quality in planning, design, development and releases.
Monitor metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and delivery leaders on quality activities.
