Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and customers in our PCB operations.

You will manage deviations, customer communications, and investigations to ensure product quality and compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP expectations. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, quality department experience, and familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English to perform job functions.
• Understand technical requirements and interpret customer needs.
• Effectively communicate with both basic and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer point of contact for communications on processed or in-process product.
• Assist with requesting and communicating with customer source inspectors.
• Communicate customer concerns regarding quality and packaging after shipment.
• Maintain and integrate quality systems for returns and complaints.
• Identify and apply customer requirements to active and shipped products.
