Job summary

AdvancedPCB in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to support the quality team and operate the document control center to ensure compliance with AS9100, UL and applicable regulatory standards.

You will manage RMA process workflows, conduct internal audits with corrective actions, support AS9102 First Article requirements, coordinate outside lab submissions, and assist final QC for production and RMA products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Printed Circuit Board or similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Excellent Multitasking, Prioritization and Organizational skills
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player

Responsibilities

• RMA Process Management
• Conduct internal audits and manage follow-up corrective actions.
• Support AS9102 First Article requirements and documentation.
• Manage Outside Lab Submissions
• Support Final QC for production and/or Rework
• Support Final QC on RMA Products
• Participate in Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) investigations and processes. Maintain and administer document control functions.
