Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in North Jackson, OH to serve as the liaison between manufacturing, process engineering, and customers. You will assist with continuous improvement efforts and quality verification processes for QA and system functionality.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, PCB experience, and familiarity with NADCAP, AS9100, and ISO standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English, to the extent necessary to perform the job functions.
• Able to understand technical requirements and communicate with others effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer liaison for all customer communications regarding processed or in process product.
• Prepare AS9102 FAI reports and coordinate with outside services as needed.
• Analyze product returns to establish preliminary investigations for quality issues.
• Assist with 8D, PFMEA, and other continuous improvement activities.
