Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier quality, risk, and compliance for PCBAs used in aerospace, defense, medical devices and industrial apps. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA and customers to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes supplier audits (AS9100/ISO 9001), SCAR leadership, incoming quality, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years in supplier quality or related quality discipline.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (aerospace/defense/medical devices) and PCBA knowledge preferred.
• AS9100 or similar QMS internal auditing knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance via scorecards, KPIs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Plan and perform supplier audits including AS9100/ISO 9001 and product/process audits.
• Lead supplier corrective action requests and drive containment and root cause analysis.
• Support incoming inspection and collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
