Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality professional to assist the Quality Manager/Engineering with new launch APQP processes, customer relations, and adherence to the quality management system. You will lead teams to solve complex part problems and serve as a key contact for customers, driving corrective actions from initiation to closure.

The role supports manufacturing to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient products, with emphasis on continuous improvement and proactive quality activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations for customer concerns and develop corrective/preventive actions
• Follow up on corrective actions to meet customer timelines
• Validate effectiveness of corrective actions
• Review CSP and CSR requirements and participate in audits
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting production problems as a team leader
• Perform evaluation of product and product quality data for compliance
• Review monthly data to ensure QMS KPI targets are met
• Assist in new job feasibility, PFMEA and control plan reviews
