Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the primary quality contact for automotive customers after start of production. The role manages complaints, audits, PPAP submissions and customer-specific requirements, coordinating internal problem-solving and corrective actions.

The candidate will bring automotive manufacturing experience, strong customer-facing skills, and expertise in FMEA, PPAP, statistics, and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Production functions in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Problem Solving, FMEA, PPAP and Statistics.
• Ability to interpret drawings and requirements for ensuring the adherence to agreed Quality parameters.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supports customer audits and visits; coordinates investigations and corrective actions.
• Proactively visits the customer site as needed.
• Manages the customer portal for quality topics and data entry.
• Advises on customer-specific requirements and PPAP submissions.
• Oversees deviation processes and quality documentation with customers.
• Initiates problem solving and corrective actions for field/non-conformances.
