Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to drive corrective actions and implement preventive quality controls. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, perform root cause analysis, and support supplier and customer quality initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and experience with PFMEA/Control Plans are essential. Responsibilities include leading 8D/5Y investigations, conducting customer audits, and maintaining traceability and CAPA workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; 2–4 year degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and PFMEA/Control Plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or facilitate customer, internal and supplier corrective actions including 8D/5Y and containment measures.
• Coordinate and drive problem solving with cross-functional teams and quality judgments.
• Engage in customer visits related to production issues and product quality.
• Implement Mistake Proofing where possible to prevent defects.
• Manage warranty systems and analyze field failure data when applicable.
• Initiate and maintain RMA processes and quality alerts as needed.
• Lead changes in Quality Plans, PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection forms.
