Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a New Model Quality Manager to lead engineering teams in automotive QA. You will supervise engineers, drive new model launches, and ensure PPAP/PSW alignment with quality standards while coordinating with suppliers and internal customers.

You will oversee risk management, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management, fostering collaboration and continuous process improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required.
• 6 years experience in the Automotive Quality Engineering field, quality management, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements new model quality programs/projects conforming to strict quality standards while maintaining business volumes.
• Lead and manage QA activities for new model launches.
• Outline and ensure completion of PPAP documentation for program launches.
• Facilitate meetings with Suppliers and QA Managers to support quality problem resolution and PPAP/PSW transitions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for 4M Change and new product launches.
• Supervise Engineers and staff; conduct evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
