Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a New Model Advance Quality Engineer Level 2 to guide cross-functional teams in developing and launching new vehicle models, driving APQP processes and comprehensive quality plans. You will be the customer-facing quality lead during pre-launch and pilot stages.

You will own KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, support design reviews, and ensure ISO/IATF compliance while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to deliver high-quality new models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive quality engineering experience focusing on new model development.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and core tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality plans for new vehicle models with cross-functional teams.
• Drive QA activities for new model development, including design reviews and risk assessments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide technical leadership to manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.
• Lead APQP activities and manage pro-launch and ramp-up efforts.
