This individual contributor role offers ownership of quality issues, opportunities to lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement across North America with LG’s global manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and compressor testing for quality.
• Conduct teardown and failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain records.
• Serve as primary quality contact for accounts.
