Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer I at our Radford, VA site to drive continuous improvement and quality across assigned product lines. You will lead Kaizen events, develop assembly documentation, and promote Lean principles and error‑proofing to boost first‑pass yield and reduce defects.

In collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will implement quality plans, enforce standards, and support training within the Quality and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or minimum of 10 years commensurate experience in an engineering related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of customers, employees, and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead and implement quality improvement plans and processes to achieve quality goals.
• Maintain technical knowledge in quality and lean manufacturing to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
