Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a Quality Engineer I at our Radford, VA location to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process capability.

You will lead cross-functional Kaizen events, develop assembly documentation and in-process controls, and champion Lean practices such as Standard Work and Visual Management to reduce defects and variation. You will partner with manufacturing and quality teams to achieve customer quality levels below 2,500 PPM and first pass yield above 92%,

Formación

• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to improve quality and productivity.
• Ability to lead Kaizen events and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with quality systems, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
