Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Quality Engineer II to lead and teach quality practices for manufacturing geared components and assemblies. You will monitor production quality and help establish a Total Quality environment across teams in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires hands-on instruction to operators, collaboration with Engineering, and participation in internal and customer audits. Domestic travel of 5–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering program or related technical field is required.
• Experience with root cause analysis is required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints and engineering drawings.
• Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product/process failures and determine root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training on quality topics (measurement techniques, GD&T, audits) and build quality awareness.
• Interact with suppliers/customers; complete required quality documentation for product acceptance.
• Interface with Engineering and Production to assure conformance to approved processes and prints; guide machine/tool setup.
