Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer with 0–2 years in a manufacturing environment to design and execute control plans, perform audits, and drive containment and corrective actions within a fast-paced team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to update the QMS, lead APQP/PPAP/FAI activities, and train machinists on gage and inspection methods, while supporting new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Materials).
• 0–2 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (Intern and/or co-op).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while adjusting to changing priorities and project lists.
• Team oriented with the ability to influence others without authority.
• Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years (nice to have).
• Experience supporting quality activities for new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, FAI, process validation, and production readiness activities.
