Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in our on-site facility. You will improve methods, tooling, and production capabilities while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes process improvements, NPD support, and cross-functional teamwork with design, quality, and production teams, ensuring cost-effective implementation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in manufacturing/engineering field.
• Experience creating technical drawings from models (CNC, welding, sheet metal).
• Proficient in CAD tools and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly practices and fastening methods.
• Experience introducing new equipment/processes to production.
• Ability to document processes clearly for manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Assist with driving continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Support process improvement initiatives across projects.
• Lead or support NPD-related process development and validation activities.
• Develop plans to achieve efficiency goals and select new production methods.
• Advise on equipment and fixture design and manufacturing documentation.
• Present recommendations to leadership and monitor project timelines.
