Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Group Leader to oversee the QA team and ensure stringent inspection of components and finished products. You will drive quality procedures, review customer QA requirements (FAI/PPAP) and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years quality experience (Aerospace preferred), and hands-on use of precision measuring equipment for inspection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, related field or minimum of 5 years' experience in quality field (preferably Aerospace)
• Inspect complex components and verify conformance to specifications and customer requirements
• Familiarity with inspection methods and documentation (DMRs/SDMRs, C of C)

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA team and quality procedures within production
• Review customer QA requirements including FAI, PPAP, traceability documents
• Perform inspections of product and purchased components to ensure quality
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve quality discrepancies
• Generate Certificates of Conformance and participate in source inspections
