Job summary

Exemplar Global, located in Huntersville, NC, is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead customer complaint investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement within the ISO 9001:2015 QMS. The role acts as the primary quality liaison for customer issues and drives root cause analysis and data-driven process improvements to reduce COPQ and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering and suppliers, validating corrective actions, and driving KPI

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in quality and manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in GD&T, ASME Y14.5, and quality tools is required.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer complaint investigations from receipt to closure.
• Review RMAs and complaints to define investigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management and suppliers.
• Perform root cause analysis and determine CAPA actions.
• Ensure timely completion of investigations and report results.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audits.
• Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools.
