Job summary

Burkert USA Corp. seeks a Quality Engineer to lead customer complaint investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement within a robust QMS. You will drive root-cause analysis, data analytics, and process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction while reducing COPQ.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, and suppliers to ensure timely investigations, KPI targets, and effective corrective actions across quality functions.

Qualifications

3–5 years of quality/manufacturing experience.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and quality tools.
Experience with CAPA, NCRs, and audits.
Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

Lead customer complaint investigations from receipt to closure.
Coordinate investigations with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, and suppliers.
Perform failure analysis and determine root cause.
Prepare technical investigation reports for stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and ensure CAPA closure.
Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma.
Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audits.
