Job Details
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on product non-conformances to identify and resolve issues in the production process.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire production process.
  • Use statistical analysis to identify trends, drive process improvements, and enhance product quality.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the manufacturing team on quality assurance concepts and tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in non-conformance analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and manufacturing process improvement.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of quality auditing and quality inspection techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance applications, tools, and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to excellence and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in all products.
