Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team in Minnesota. The role offers the chance to impact product quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.

You will conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and FAA regulations. Zeiss systems and optical comparators will be used to inspect and validate quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 and FAA regulations.
• Proficiency with Zeiss systems and optical comparators for QC.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues affecting product quality.
• Implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
