You’ll be a key partner to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain, driving proactive quality systems, solving complex problems, and continuously improving processes that support high‑volume automotive production. If you thrive in a plant environment, enjoy data‑driven problem solving, and take pride in building world‑class quality systems, this role offers real impact and visibility.

Why join us?

Competitive salary + full suite of top‑tier benefits and perks!

What Makes This Role Compelling

  • Stable, long‑term automotive manufacturing environment with global reach
What You’ll Do
  • Own plant‑level quality systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and automotive regulations
  • Conduct inspections and testing on incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished products using measurement tools, gauges, and functional tests
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor production performance, identify trends, and prevent defects before they occur
  • Lead root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, CAPA, fishbone, 5‑Why) and drive sustainable corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and quality best practices
  • Partner with suppliers on quality performance, audits, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives
  • Support customer quality requirements, including issue resolution, documentation, and corrective action responses
  • Maintain quality documentation and metrics, including non‑conformances, inspection records, control plans, and performance dashboards
  • Train and support production teams on quality standards, procedures, and tools to build a strong quality culture on the floor
  • Champion safety, compliance, and accountability across all quality‑related activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related)
  • Several years of Quality Engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans)
  • Experience applying SPC, capability analysis, DOE, and data‑driven quality techniques
  • Proven ability to solve complex manufacturing problems and drive corrective/preventive actions
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally in a high‑volume, fast‑paced plant environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with operators, engineers, suppliers, and customers
  • Proficiency with quality and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and Microsoft Office
