Job summary

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, communication, and multitasking.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a sense of urgency.
• Bonus if you hold ASQ, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead corrective/preventative action programs to eliminate defects and returns
• Develop training for operators, inspectors, and QA personnel
• Manage customer returns through material review and corrective actions
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to meet quality standards
• Support customer audits and respond to corrective requests
• Select and train staff on product evaluation tools and software
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation
