The Quality Engineer is responsible for helping ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This person will focus on preventing quality issues through tools such as PFMEA and control plans, while also leading root cause analysis and corrective actions when problems arise. The role will support supplier quality, warranty review, measurement systems, data analysis, equipment qualification, and ongoing improvements to the quality management system.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
This is an on‑site position in a manufacturing environment. The employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. Safety glasses, steel‑toe or non‑slip safety footwear, and hearing protection are required in designated production areas. The workplace is drug‑ and alcohol‑free.
