You will join a collaborative production team, follow batch sheets and recipes, perform changeovers, assist with basic maintenance, and follow

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand batch sheets, recipes, and production instructions.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with noise, humidity, and moving machinery.
• Capable of repetitive tasks with accuracy and good teamwork.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently within guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products meeting quality and safety standards.
• Read batch sheets and recipes; monitor temperatures, moisture, and weights.
• Perform changes and adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Follow sanitation procedures and 5S standards during cleanups and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
