Job summary

Request Foods is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain our quality assurance documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role collaborates with the Quality Services department to collect, review, and organize documents, train staff, and continuously improve documentation processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality documentation or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the quality documentation system, ensuring all documents are current and comply with regulatory standards.
• Review and verify the accuracy of quality-related documents and records.
• Implement changes and updates to documentation as required.
• Maintain a secure and organized document storage system, both physical and digital.
• Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
• Train and support staff in documentation processes and standards.
• Continuously improving documentation processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure proper disposal of obsolete documents in accordance with company policies.
• Format Quality Services Department documents using new document control templates.
• Support language translation services as needed.
