Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure quality processes are well-documented and compliant with regulations. The role champions a strong Food Safety Culture and supports GMP, GFSI standards, and audit readiness across the Coppell plant.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs and quality manuals, supporting QA lab tasks, and driving continuous improvement in documentation and product safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in Food Science or related field.
• PCQI, HACCP and SQF certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee creation, review, and maintenance of QA documents (SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals).
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and regulatory-compliant.
• Promote GMP, GMP-aligned practices, and food safety culture.
• Assist in QA lab tasks, testing finished products and packaging materials.
• Coordinate audits and support corrective actions and CAPA processes.
