Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Specialist - Documentation for a client in Anoka, MN. The role supports the Quality organization, handling documentation and cross-functional coordination to ensure product quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has a QA background with knowledge of SQF/HACCP, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a related role/field (with bachelor’s); or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• SQF and HACCP food safety systems experience required; GFSI knowledge preferred.
• Food label review/verification experience required; allergens knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to quality, food safety, and regulatory requests with high customer service.
• Review and approve consumable product specifications and labels.
• Maintain documentation and database records in the quality system.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Product Management, IBP, Procurement, and Sales to meet quality standards.
• Document and analyze test data and prepare internal reports.
