MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage quality documents and records, ensuring SQF compliance and successful audits. You will maintain document control systems, distribute batch sheets, and drive improvements via standard work.

Collaborate with operations, QA and materials to draft and revise SOPs, HACCP, and related records; provide FSQ training and keep master lists current. HACCP, SQF, PCQI knowledge and Word/Excel proficiency required.

Qualifikationen

• HACCP Certified with SQF experience and PCQI knowledge.
• Quality documentation and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; able to maintain records.
• Strong reading/writing skills in English; Spanish helpful.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work required overtime and flexible hours.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain quality system docs (FDA, SOPs, SQF, HACCP).
• Distribute batch and startup sheets daily per schedule.
• Prepare for customer and regulatory audits.
• Maintain document master lists and revision control.
• Train staff on FSQ-related procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to develop required docs.
• Support hold logs and issue resolution.
