A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality processes and lead initiatives to maintain certifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in a lab testing environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements in product quality and customer relations. This role involves managing projects, adhering to quality standards, and working collaboratively with various departments.
Job Summary
Responsible for all assigned quality components and standards within the facility. This includes coordination with Production Supervisors, Quality Technologists, Quality techs, and the support of facilitating standardization of all quality processes such as raw material verification, in-process quality inspection, formula verification, finished products, responding, tracking customer complaints, and support customer and SQF initiatives.
