SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Quality Control Technicians to help ensure our concrete meets industry standards across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work variable shifts including day and overnight.
• On-the-job training provided for those new to quality control or the concrete industry.
• ACI certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.
• Degree in Materials Science, Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished ready mix concrete using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
