Interstate Concrete & Asphalt Co., a CRH Company, is hiring a QC Tech to test gravel and concrete samples, learn materials testing, and support quality assurance on projects. Training is provided for those with limited experience, with hands-on lab and field work.

The role combines office, lab, and site duties, offering overtime potential and a path for professional growth within a national materials family.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic mathematics and PC programs.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain A.C.I. Concrete Technician certification and WAQTC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from concrete or aggregate plants.
• Perform and record aggregate gradations.
• Perform field tests for concrete performance.
• Process samples using testing equipment and procedures.
• Communicate any material flaws to supervisors.
