Job summary

Central Supply, a CRH company, seeks a Quality Control Technician to sample aggregates, ready-mix concrete, and concrete masonry products to ensure compliance with specifications. The role supports production facilities, with potential training in batching and equipment operation, including forklifts and loaders.

The candidate should be prepared to learn concrete testing procedures, maintain safety, and contribute to daily QC operations across multiple sites within the West Virginia area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Industry certifications as needed for the position.
• Must be able to operate a ¾ ton pickup truck with trailer.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines; maintain ethical conduct.
• Maintain predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Adapt to schedule/location changes; overtime and occasional night work as needed.
• Collaborate with management and peers to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Assist with batch sampling, testing, and documentation for quality control.
