APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our Arkansas team. You will conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt, and related materials to ensure premium quality.

The role demands safety focus, data logging, and collaboration with field staff. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and outdoors

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-workers and managers in a dynamic team setting
• Champion a safe work environment following OSHA and site safety policies
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates and asphalt for quality
• Test mixtures for contract specifications and quality control tolerances
• Monitor daily processes to exceed agency and customer requirements
• Record and maintain data in the test results database
• Assist internal and external customers with professionalism and efficiency
• Achieve necessary certifications promptly to stay current
• Support quality control plans and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Perform other duties as needed to support team success
