Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate Mechanical / Plumbing drawings and specifications proficiently
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with production and project standards
• Inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to drawings and specifications
• Interpret codes and ordinance requirements
• Recommend adjustments to installation or production processes
• Perform field inspections at job sites
• Prepare, organize, and track inspection reports

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of mechanical experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of drain systems, domestic water systems, and natural gas systems
• Experience with field installation
• Med gas certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of job site safety protocols
• Proficiency with MS Office platforms and Procore software
