Job Summary:

RCM&D is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Client Care team and support our HRIS department within the Employee Benefits Division. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of employee and benefit data through quality assurance measures.

A Day in the Life:
  • Collect, analyze, and audit data from various sources, including auditing enrollments and navigating carrier portals
  • Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings to relevant teams
  • Maintain detailed records and compile financial reports for clients
  • Research and resolve carrier discrepancy reports and communicate EOI requirements
What You’ll Need:
  • Patience, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Reliability, responsibility, and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • College degree preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel; Life and Health License; valid driver’s license
