Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our quality program for concrete products. You will manage a team of technicians, interpret tests, and collaborate with production and sales to resolve quality issues. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management.
• ACI certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, testing methods, and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Flexibility to accommodate day and overnight shifts.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and make release recommendations.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, operations, sales, and technical services to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control training programs for production staff.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality activities.
• Stay updated with trends and regulations to enhance QC processes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the QC team to uphold SRM’s excellence.
