SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance program for concrete products. You will guide the QC team, interpret test results, and collaborate across production, operations, and sales to ensure client expectations are met.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of concrete testing methods, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives across diverse projects, including commercial and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management.
• ACI certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and testing methods.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine and specialized analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results and recommend product releases within specifications.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control training for staff.
• Maintain organized records of tests and quality-related activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to improve QC processes.
• Lead and mentor the QC team to uphold SRM’s reputation for excellence.
