Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Quality Control Technicians to ensure our ready-mix concrete meets high industry standards for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Training is provided for newcomers, and you may work day or overnight shifts as needed to support pours.

You will perform testing, interpret results, and maintain records while collaborating with production teams. Join a family‑owned, nationwide leader focused on quality, integrity, and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or construction materials is a plus but not required.
• ACI certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete.
• Interpret test results against specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver QC training to production staff as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and activities.
• Stay current on industry trends and improve QC processes.
