Job summary

AIS Infrastructure seeks a experienced Quality Control Manager to ensure adherence to quality standards across heavy civil construction projects. You will develop QC plans, conduct inspections, coordinate soil and concrete testing, and drive corrective actions with project teams.

With 5+ years in QC leadership, you will train staff, review documents, and monitor performance to deliver excellence while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Manager, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with soil and concrete testing coordination preferred.
• USACE experience and quality certifications are a plus.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance for access to secured facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC plans and guidelines for heavy civil projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate soil and concrete testing documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality performance.
• Review project documents and maintain accurate records of work.
• Provide QC guidance and conduct trainings for project personnel.
• Monitor QC measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate reports and participate in quality-related meetings.
