The role carries authority granted by the President and requires close coordination with the VP/GM, Superintendent, PM, and Project Executive to meet tight standards.

The position demands a bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management (or an associate’s with 10+ years) and knowledge of Corps of Engineers QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Mgmt with 5+ years, or an associate’s with 10+ years.
• Working knowledge of QA and QC procedures per the Corps of Engineers.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Grunley Construction delivers highest quality of construction services and workmanship.
• Report to the President; coordinate with Vice President & General Manager, onsite Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Executive.
